That vision started to take shape after I was downsized out of my corporate job back in 2006. I came to realize that smaller, entrepreneurial businesses needed a higher level of financial expertise, without the full-time price tag or commitment. It was exactly what my father’s water well drilling business could have used when I was growing up and working summers for him. That experience stayed with me. And when the time came to start something new, I knew I wanted to build a company that could meet that need, and do it in a way that empowered others, especially women, along the way.
That vision is still what drives us today. And I’m incredibly honored to share that TurboExecs has been named one of Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Empowering Women Award winners.
This award is especially meaningful because it reflects something that’s always been at the core of who we are: a company built by women, where collaboration, mentorship, and growth aren’t just encouraged—they’re built into our foundation.
We’ve created a culture where every woman on our team is seen, supported, and celebrated. Where leadership isn’t limited to titles, and every voice has a place at the table. Where professional development is baked into the rhythm of our work, and where flexibility is a strength, not a compromise.
Being recognized for this is humbling—but also affirming. It reminds us that how we show up behind the scenes matters just as much as the services we deliver. That the culture we build internally is part of the impact we create.
Winning this award is a milestone. But for us, it’s part of a much bigger mission. We’ll keep doing the work we love: empowering our team, uplifting our communities, and modeling what a truly supportive workplace can be.
