As we close out another year, I enjoy looking back and taking stock of what happened this year – turning those events into learning moments. As I look at it, I ask myself several questions – and encourage you all to do the same:

  • What decisions did you make that you would do differently (if given a do-over)?
  • What was your best decision of the year?
  • What was the most impactful client project or feedback you received this year from your business? Going forward, how can you repeat that? How can you do that again and again and again for every client?

Looking back, I’m thankful for the opportunity to do what we love to do for our clients who make a difference – for their employees, their families, and their communities.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season and great success in the New Year!
